The action is to analyze the contents of the K-12 Curriculum of Department of Education and the PISA 2022 Mathematics Framework. Included in the mix are the Global Competence set for the 21st Century Skills as discussed in the latest Qudwa-PISA Global Competence Forum 2022 and based on the adapted curriculum in the Philippines.

English Proficiency Index 2022
With a score of 578, the Philippines dropped four spots to 22nd place overall out of 111 nations in the 2022 edition of the English Proficiency Index (EPI) by the global education firm Education First (EF). The index, which is released annually and serves as a benchmark for adult English proficiency around the world, is the largest rating of nations and regions based on adult English proficiency.
The country's EPI score is classified as "high proficiency," which is considered adequate for things including as making job presentations, comprehending TV shows, and reading newspapers. It is higher than the average scores for the world and Asia, which are 502 and 500, respectively. After Singapore, the Philippines has the second-highest English proficiency in East and Southeast Asia. With a score of 567 and "high proficiency" in the English language, Manila ranked 26th out of 109 cities in the index.

Philippines Shows Strong English Skills in EF EPI 2023
The Philippines ranked a commendable 20th out of 113 countries and regions according to the 2023 EF English Proficiency Index (EF EPI), the world's largest ranking of its kind. This impressive result places the Philippines within the "High Proficiency" level, alongside Finland.
The Philippines also achieved the second-highest ranking among the 23 Asian countries included in the index, following only Singapore.

Length of the Program for the Mathematics or Science Framework
The target length of the program is about one (1) to two (2) years for the core and specialized subjects and may extend to three (3) years of preparation for the mastery of skills and test taking. If we will consider the years of preparation, we shall cover the a grassroot program from Upper Primary to 13 years old.
If the target group is 15-18 year old students who are enrolled in a formal school or homebased whether they are in Junior High School or enrolled in the STEM Strand, we shall have a different approach and time management given the fact that the length per semester is just a shy of four (4) months.
Schedule of Subjects (Grade 11)
The suggested number of teaching hours per subject is 80 hours per semester.
